My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Aria at the front desk really made our experience special with her kindness and attention. The facilities were clean and well-kept, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, I encountered some serious issues with the service, especially regarding the housekeeping not honoring my late checkout request, which really impacted my experience. Additionally, the pull-out sofa in my room was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing.

I had a really great experience during my recent stay. The ambiance was perfect for some much-needed alone time, and I felt very comfortable and peaceful throughout my stay. However, I couldn't help but notice that some areas may need a bit of maintenance, especially in regard to the room's condition for the price point. Overall, it was a refreshing escape that offered me a cozy retreat.
